Chicago Interfaith Wedding at The Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum
Location: ChicagoVenue: The Peggy Notebaert Nature MuseumKatie and Shaan met in New York City while she was attending graduate school at Columbia University. Their relationship officially began when Shaan invited Katie to a broadway production of The Lion King. Several years later, Shaan proposed to her on the stage where The Lion King production took place. They had a beautiful Chicago interfaith wedding that brought together Catholic and Islamic traditions. We were so thrilled to capture the events of their wedding and enjoyed getting to know them. Here is a highlight film from their wedding weekend.

Wow – what a beautiful film. I think that’s the first interfaith wedding I’ve ever actually seen. Great job. Vibrant and touching.
